Life Index for daily life, built from the data of daily life.

daygauge connects sleep, movement, places, habits and workload into one explainable lifestyle intelligence app.

Core loop

Understand what helped, what cost you and what to change next.

Life Index

A 1-1500 index that is always explained with source signals, baseline comparison and confidence.

Why it moved

Metric-first source lines that show the observed value, comparison period, source and score impact.

Daily Quest

One realistic action a day, tuned for consistency and recovery rather than extreme streak pressure.

Weekly Recap

A Sunday read on the patterns that lifted or lowered your week, with suggested levers for next week.

Personal experiments

Log one change at a time, then compare the experiment window with your own sleep, movement, recovery, places and notes.

Private local rank

Pseudonymous local comparison using coarse areas only. No exact routes, home, work or sensitive timestamps.

Passive life log

A coarse timeline of places, movement and routines, built to reduce manual logging.

Pro experiment engine

daygauge is built to test the habits people debate.

The premium layer tests the habits people debate: caffeine after lunch, protein at breakfast, post-meal walks, lower-UPF days, bedroom ventilation, outdoor light before noon, optional Focus Shield windows, creatine days or no-vape days.

What changes
The user logs one deliberate change, ideally for several similar days. daygauge keeps the input small so the result does not become a messy diary or a fake causal claim.
What moves
Sleep timing, movement spread, resting HR, HRV where available, place rhythm, focus notes and optional sensitive sources are compared with baseline. The output shows what moved while the experiment was active, what else changed, and how confident the pattern is.
What Pro can protect
For screen experiments, daygauge can model an optional Focus Shield window controlled by the user. Native iOS blocking requires Apple Family Controls entitlement approval. Until then, the app treats it as a transparent experiment preview and manual log.
What it refuses
No diagnosis, treatment, supplement dosing, disease-risk prediction or proof of causality. The product is useful because it gives a careful personal read, not because it overclaims.
